The Deputyship Service from The Money Carer Foundation provides our clients and their ‘circle of care’ with professional, low cost Court of Protection Deputy support .
As an independent social enterprise, The Money Carer Foundation has earned an excellent reputation for the delivery of daily money management services to the hundreds of clients and carers that we support everyday on a national basis. We are currently accepting client referrals from over 25 local authorities and PCT’s along with many care providers, charities, solicitors and family members.
Approaching The Money Carer Foundation to act as Court of Protection Deputy for someone that would benefit from our intervention is a sensible step to take. We are an established and reputable organisation and we lead the way in in daily money management in the UK. As a not for profit our fee structure is transparent and low cost. This enables the organisation to take on deputyship cases which many law firms would not as they often look at the fees they can charge first as the measure for accepting a case. Quite simply, we do not and the partners we work acknowledge this.
Our deputyship clients benefit from our vast expertise in daily money management for vulnerable adults and we are able to utilise our range of support tools such as our Carers Expense Card facility to support our clients and their carers on a day to day basis. Our IT systems are cutting edge, reliable and tested as we have used and developed them over a 10 year period. As we work closely with our clients ‘circle of care’ we have a creative and collaborative approach to delivering the financial care that our clients deserve.
